Purchases on this Site
Sales Tax: Lummox Press charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Site based on the applicable California, City and County sales tax rates.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services which the sale or use of such product and/or service in your state or jurisdiction is restricted or prohibited.
Return Policy: Lummox Press stands behind the products we sell. If you’re in any way unsatisfied with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. If you still need to return anything, we offer hassle-free returns with a thirty (30) day of purchase for all of our products as long as they are in new condition. If there is a problem with your order, email us within 10 days of receiving. We will replace within the following two weeks with newly made product.
After 30 days? Please understand we have no return policy at all after 30 days of receiving said product.
Return Policy Exceptions: Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Exclusivity of Remedy; Limitation of Liability
Your sole and exclusive remedy, and Lummox Press’s sole and exclusive liability, for any breach of warranty shall be your right to return the product, or receive a refund for the service within 30 days of receiving product.
